Overview
High End Packaging ships custom packaging nationwide across the United States and to select international destinations. This policy covers processing times, carriers, tracking, and what to expect when your order leaves our facility.
Processing times
Production lead time begins after your proof is approved and payment is received (or PO accepted). Standard turnaround is 8–10 business days. Rush production may be available — ask your account rep when requesting a quote.
Shipping transit time is additional and depends on your location and selected service level. Estimated delivery dates are provided on your order confirmation when available.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight partners for pallet orders. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
- Small parcel — typically 2–5 business days domestic ground
- Express — 1–2 business day options available at checkout or on quote
- Freight / LTL — used for large carton quantities; delivery windows provided by carrier
Signature required? High-value or large freight shipments may require a signature. Let us know at order time if you need a specific delivery instruction.
International orders
We ship to many countries outside the US. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance unless DDP terms are agreed in writing on your quote.
Transit times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Delays & issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Report missing or visibly damaged packages within 7 days of the marked delivery date. See our Refund Policy for damage claim procedures.
